Merriam-Webster's Collegiate dictionary is English explanatory dictionary (English to English dictionary) for Palm OS with the unique wordbases (includes more than 225,000 definitions (75,600 dictionary entries)). High-quality dictionary databases from world's leader in dictionaries and language reference printing are specially adapted for Palm OS dictionaries.
FEATURES:
The built-it morphology module includes about 2 000 000 word origins and synonyms.
Optional add-on sound modules enable to listen pronunciations of the most popular words with live speech quality (pre-recorded voice of native speakers). You can choose between English sound modules with 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 words.
Lexical database is provided by Merriam-Webster, an acknowledged leader in dictionary industry (225,000 definitions (75,600 dictionary entries) and extended thesaurus). The new 11th Edition of Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary is completely updated and includes more 10,000 new words and meanings

A comprehensive table of English irregular verbs presented in very convenient and easy-to-use form
Merriam-Webster dictionaries are the language-learning standard in America. This dictionary provides two methods of learning new words specially designed for language learners: "Flash Card Quiz" and "Word of the day"
Possibility to install several dictionaries at the same time (for example, English explanatory and English-Spanish dictionaries)
Five dictionary appearance themes are available
Translation in any active application without exiting current application/document and switching directly to dictionary application
